A Grand Lobby Moment Rooted in Natural Form
In the lobby at 191 Peachtree St. Plantworks helped bring warmth, scale, and organic character into a striking architectural lobby environment.
The project features two natural trunk Black Olive trees, selected to create a strong botanical focal point within the lobby’s open interior. Surrounded by tall windows, stone walls, dining areas, and warm ambient lighting, the trees help soften the scale of the space while adding a natural, welcoming presence.
With their multi-trunk structure, full green canopy, and sculptural branching, the Black Olive trees introduce height, texture, and movement into the lobby. Their natural trunks give the installation an authentic, grounded feel, while the lush foliage creates a calm contrast against the building’s refined architectural finishes.
Positioned within the shared lobby and dining environment, the trees help define the space without closing it off. They create a visual anchor for guests, tenants, and visitors while enhancing the atmosphere of gathering, arrival, and connection.
Together, the installations show how thoughtfully placed interior greenery can transform a commercial lobby into a more inviting and memorable experience.
For visitors, the result is immediate.
