The soaring lobby of Bellin Health and Surgery Center was thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of calm and connection, serving as a central gathering space for patients, families, and staff. To complement the abundant natural light and contemporary architecture, NatureMaker installed three highly realistic 20-foot tall Ficus trees, each with a graceful canopy and smooth trunk details that echo the structure’s clean, modern lines.
These biophilic centerpieces soften the expansive interior with vibrant greenery, creating a welcoming, park-like environment within a clinical setting. Thoughtfully positioned among custom curved seating areas, the trees invite visitors to pause, recharge, and enjoy the tranquil, garden-inspired space. The result is a seamless blend of healthcare functionality and natural beauty—an environment that nurtures wellbeing at every step.
