All outdoor trees are wind load engineered for the site's specific climate zone, and materials carry a colorfast guarantee for exterior applications.
All Smart Trees™ use UltraLeaf-IFR® foliage, which is inherently fire-retardant at the material level. Fire protection is molecularly bonded into the material, so it does not wash off or degrade over time. Trees meet ASTM E84 Class A, NFPA 701, and California Title 19 standards, along with U.S. Government SIN-494-4 federal flammability requirements.
Custom Smart Trees require long lead times from design approval to delivery and on-site assembly. Projects with complex engineering requirements or larger scale may require additional time. We work closely with your project timeline to ensure smooth coordination with the general contractor.
