International Greenscapes
International Greenscapes hand-crafts artificial magnolia trees for hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and retail environments. Across 20,000+ successful projects, our artisans have matched bloom density, bark character, and scale to every kind of architecture.
Over 100 years of combined craftsmanship across NATUREMAKER®, PLANTWORKS®, and TREESCAPES®.
Glossy evergreen foliage and large creamy white blossoms give the Southern magnolia its classic grandeur. A natural fit for grand lobbies, atriums, and hospitality spaces that call for a stately, established presence.
Goblet-shaped blooms in pink and white cover the branches before the leaves emerge, creating a dramatic canopy of color. An eye-catching centerpiece for restaurants, retail common areas, and event spaces.
We can recreate virtually any magnolia variety, adjust bloom color and density to your palette, or build a stylized interpretation. We also craft other flowering species, including artificial cherry blossom trees.
A magnolia in permanent bloom anchors lobbies and atriums with a warm, memorable focal point that photographs beautifully in every season.
A flowering canopy above the dining room turns the tables beneath it into the most requested seats in the house.
Soft blossoms bring the calming presence of nature to lobbies and healing gardens without allergens, pollen, or horticultural upkeep.
Flowering trees frame common areas and create natural gathering points and photo moments for shoppers.
A statement magnolia softens large lobbies and collaborative spaces, adding warmth and organic scale to modern architecture.
Blooming trees elevate clubhouses, rooftop lounges, and shared amenity areas with zero landscaping burden for property teams.
Live magnolias flower for a few weeks a year and shed constantly. Ours hold full, dense bloom every day for decades, with no petals or leaves to sweep.
Occasional dusting is the only upkeep required. There is no irrigation, fertilizing, grow lighting, or plant replacement cycle to budget for.
Inherently fire-retardant foliage is available for every tree, with protection molded into the material itself rather than sprayed on.
Your magnolia arrives at full maturity and full bloom. There is no waiting years for a living tree to establish and fill out.
Low light, deep interiors, HVAC drafts, and high-traffic areas pose no problem. You get the beauty of nature in spaces where biology works against it.
Every magnolia is scaled and configured to your architecture. Typical size ranges and mounting options include:
6 to 12 feet tall, sized for dining rooms, reception areas, and corners where a flowering accent completes the design.
12 to 20 feet tall, the most common range for lobbies, restaurants, and retail common areas.
20 to 35 feet tall for atriums, grand lobbies, and multi-story volumes that call for a dramatic canopy.
35 to 50+ feet for the largest architectural volumes, engineered to the project’s structural requirements.
The classic configuration, anchored securely to the structural floor on heavy-gauge base plates.
The tree’s armature wraps an existing structural column, turning a utilitarian element into a blooming focal point.
Branches appear to grow from vertical surfaces, adding a flowering canopy without using floor space.
Commercial projects need documentation, not promises. We provide stamped certifications and independent lab reports so fire marshals and building inspectors can approve your project without delays.
Like all of our custom artificial trees, each magnolia is fabricated at our American studios in San Marcos, Las Vegas, and Miami. Artisans study the growth habits, bark character, and branching patterns of real magnolias, then build your tree by hand from the core out.
Send a sketch, photo, or spec sheet through our website, or call our team. Even a rough idea is enough to start the conversation.
We provide consultation, species guidance, renderings, and material samples at no charge until you confirm your order.
Your magnolia is built to order by our artisans, with foliage, bark, and finish developed against your approved design.
Our crews coordinate shipping, then assemble, anchor, and finish the tree on-site with minimal disruption to your operations.
Our relationship continues after assembly. Your team receives care guidance, and we remain one call away for any future needs.
Our trees achieve 87% botanical accuracy through artisan craftsmanship. Bark is textured from molds of real trees, and blossoms are placed to follow natural growth patterns. Clients regularly tell us they cannot believe the trees are artificial, and we invite you to visit our showrooms in Las Vegas, Miami, or San Diego to judge the realism for yourself.
Yes. Every tree is made to order, so we can recreate a Southern magnolia, saucer magnolia, star magnolia, or any other variety with botanical accuracy. We can also adjust bloom color, canopy spread, trunk form, and foliage density to match your design vision, or create a stylized interpretation for themed environments.
Plan for a minimum of three months from design approval to delivery. Complex or monumental projects may require more time, and priority projects for high-profile openings can sometimes be expedited. Early communication about your deadline lets us plan production around your construction schedule.
Occasional dusting, typically with compressed air, is all that is needed. There is no watering, fertilizing, pruning, or pest control, and no maintenance contract to purchase. We supply touch-up kits and cleaning products for long-term care, and our support team can repair or replace elements if anything is ever damaged.
Yes. For exterior projects we use UltraLeaf-X® UV-inhibited foliage, with UV stabilizers bonded into the material to prevent fading and embrittlement. Combined with weather-resistant construction and wind load engineering, exterior trees carry a colorfast guarantee and are built for years of sun exposure.
Every tree is custom quoted based on size, configuration, and complexity, so there is no set price list. For a detailed look at what drives pricing on commercial projects, see our guide to custom artificial tree costs, or request a consultation for a proposal specific to your space.
